Running just one server with so many people and being such a complex game, you have to expect erros and bugs now and again. generally the downtime is kept within the allocated hour
I Might add that theres 100+ servers in the cluster..
EDIT: 0 sec.. 3 minuts and 25 seconds. WOOT

I'm talking about the people posting.
Considering the scale of this application, and the fact that it handles (usually) almost 30,000 simultaneous users doing really complex things, it's a miracle that it runs at all.
The fact that it runs most of the time is a real treat for me, and I'm really impressed.
Occasional startup loops, or a few bugs in the game aren't a big issue for me - and I'm satisfied with the pace of fixes.
What's your point? I do software for a living.
